Tikr shows a steadily increasing share count, I haven't looked into it but that seems worrying?
This is of no concern. They did raise some $20m in 2020 year for acquisitions, but they were highly accretive (raise at double digit EBITDA multiples, acquired at mid single digit EBITDA multiples).
